British Bolivian School (BBS) has achieved a remarkable distinction by becoming the youngest school in Bolivia to receive certification for the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme (DP). This milestone in the educational history of our community has been reached after just seven years of existence as an educational institution, reflecting the exceptional commitment to educational excellence that it provides to its students.

This certification places BBS among the few educational institutions nationwide that meet the rigorous standards of academic quality and comprehensive education required by the IB programme. This programme is designed for students in the final two years of secondary school and provides a comprehensive academic education that prepares young people to successfully face the challenges of higher education both within and outside Bolivia. It also promotes the development of critical skills such as analytical thinking, research and problem-solving, which are essential for their academic and professional future.
